This work uncovers how structural conditions affect relations and readability in configurations.
This work presents the structural condition in which relations are fixed within configuration. Configuration does not imply relation. Differences may be fixed without forming relations, and without relations readability cannot be maintained. Relation is not primitive and not generated. It is defined as a structural condition within configuration in which the distribution of differences constrains adjacency. Relation is fixed between configuration and readability. Only within stable distributions of relation can differences be traced as history and readability be maintained.
