This text fixes readable configuration within a non-modal structural setting. Readout is not introduced as cognition, interpretation, semantic access, representational disclosure, or observational operation. Readability is fixed only as constrained local differentiation without transition into explanatory grounding, informational transfer, temporal succession, or representational completion. Readable configuration does not emerge through development, generation, recursive propagation, or dynamical process. Differentiation remains fixed only as constrained local readability differentiation. This text does not establish a philosophy of mind, a theory of meaning, a phenomenology of appearance, or a model of observation. It fixes only the local structural conditions under which readability remains maintainable without transition into representational structure, ontological stabilization, or dynamical continuity. No subject is presupposed. No causal grounding is established. No representational equivalence is secured. No final stabilization is completed. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
