Evaluates the synergy of ctDNA with imaging protocols for diagnosing early-stage NSCLC, suggesting improved detection methods.
Early detection remains the most significant factor in lung cancer survival. While Low-Dose CT (LDCT) has improved screening, false-positive rates remain high. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) analysis, or liquid biopsy, provides a minimally invasive approach to detect molecular residual disease and characterize the genomic landscape of early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study evaluates the diagnostic synergy of ctDNA when integrated with standard imaging protocols.
