Short note reveals failure of keyword blindness in blockchain-based encryption scheme, suggesting security concerns.
Han, Han, Meng, Lai, and Wu (Journal of Systems Architecture 2024 (SJR Q1 Journal)) proposed a public key searchable encryption scheme. They claimed that the scheme provides keyword blindness where a trapdoor generation center generates a trapdoor without knowing the keyword. In this short note, we show that their scheme does not provide keyword blindness.
