Abstract

SUVmax change as prognostic for PFS (HR low vs. high reduction 2.960, 95%CI 1.201-7.295,p=0.018), but not baseline tumor burden.Conclusions: Deep early morphological and metabolic response to induction immunochemotherapy and metastasis-directed SBRT was observed in synchronous oligometastatic NSCLC.Metabolic response of the primary tumor and not baseline tumor burden was associated with PFS.
