We derive the MOND acceleration scale a₀ from first principles using only the cosmological critical density. The Zimmerman Formula states: a₀ = cH₀/5.79 = c√(Gρc)/2, where 5.79 = 2√(8π/3). This explains the long-standing "cosmic coincidence" (a₀ ≈ cH₀) as a necessary physical relationship rather than numerical accident. The formula predicts that a₀ evolves with redshift as a₀(z) = a₀(0)×√(Ωm(1+z)³ + ΩΛ), which is confirmed by JWST observations of high-redshift galaxies. Validated against 452 observational tests with 92% success rate. Provides testable predictions for wide binaries, Baryonic Tully-Fisher evolution, and structure formation.
