Explores black hole horizons in relation to quantum foam within an informational framework, suggesting new connections.
Classical spacetime description is known to become geodesically incomplete under physically reasonable conditions, identifying limits beyond which metric representation cannot be extended. This paper develops the Scalar Information Universe (SIU), a regime-based framework in which spacetime appears as one phase within a broader informational architecture. Four regimes are identified: Quantum Foam, Genesis, Hyper-Physics, and Metric Physics. The term ‘Quantum Foam’ is retained for continuity with existing literature but is reinterpreted within SIU as a non-metric admissibility domain rather than a fluctuating spacetime substrate. These regimes are connected by well-defined transition boundaries that provide a structural interpretation of phenomena including black hole horizons and extreme cosmological conditions. Within the SIU framework, the limits identified by relativistic singularity theorems correspond to transitions between representational regimes while conservation relations remain preserved across the informational substrate.
