The proposal demonstrates improved medical diagnosis with AI-based chatbots in a hospital setting, suggesting enhanced patient care.
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in modern healthcare has the potential to improve diagnosis and simplify complicated procedures. Furthermore, there is a possibility that the investigation did not cover every facet of medical diagnosis and patient care, and that there will be problems with data confidentiality, safety, and physician approval when AI-based solutions are put into operation. This study aimed to propose implementation of Chatbot technology based on AI in medical diagnosis process in the Hospital. The investigation's sample consists of 26 patients from Tongji Hospital. The utilization of qualitative techniques is employed to evaluate the efficacy and effectiveness of integrating Chatbot technology into the medical diagnosis process. Data collecting techniques encompass interviews, questionnaires, and observations to acquire valuable insights regarding the usability and efficacy of the AI-driven Chatbot. The investigation's findings indicate the effectiveness and possible implementation of Chatbot technology with AI, specifically leveraging IBM Watson. The findings emphasize the importance of continuous communication among medical and technology departments to promote the effective incorporation of new technologies and the accomplishment of strategic priorities in patient care.
