Community health centres (CHCs) play a crucial role in healthcare delivery in Ghana, yet their efficiency remains under scrutiny. A multilevel regression model was employed to analyse data from -, accounting for both individual-level (patient visits) and organisational-level (CHC performance) factors. Multilevel regression revealed significant improvements in patient satisfaction scores following service enhancements implemented by CHCs. The multilevel approach provided nuanced insights into CHCs' efficiency, highlighting the importance of both individual and systemic interventions. Further research should explore scalability and cost-effectiveness of identified strategies to ensure widespread implementation. Community Health Centres, Multilevel Regression Analysis, Efficiency Gains, Patient Satisfaction Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
