Climate shocks have significantly impacted agricultural productivity in Ghana, necessitating resilient supply chain management to mitigate risks and ensure food security. A qualitative analysis of existing literature on climate impacts on agriculture and current supply chain practices, with a focus on case studies from Ghana's agricultural sector. While early warning systems have proven effective, there is a need for further research into integrated supply chain management solutions that can address the multifaceted challenges posed by climate change. Investment should be directed towards developing comprehensive insurance schemes and enhancing infrastructure to support resilient supply chains. Collaboration between farmers, government agencies, and private sector stakeholders is essential for effective implementation of these strategies.
