Regional monitoring networks in Ghana have been established to track adoption rates of various initiatives. However, there is a need for methodological evaluation and robust measurement tools. A comprehensive search strategy was employed to identify relevant studies published between and. Studies were assessed based on predefined criteria including methodology, data sources, and results. The review revealed a trend towards the use of time-series forecasting models in measuring adoption rates with some networks showing adoption rates increasing by up to 40% over two years. Time-series forecasting models provide a robust method for monitoring regional monitoring network adoption rates, but further studies are needed to validate these findings across different contexts and initiatives. Further research should include longitudinal data collection and cross-validation of forecasting methods with qualitative assessments.
