Community health centres (CHCs) in Tanzania face challenges in providing effective healthcare services. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted using mixed-methods approach including quantitative data analysis from 10 CHCs randomly selected across Tanzania. Data were collected before and after the intervention to assess changes in service delivery metrics such as patient flow and health outcomes. There was a significant increase of 25% in patient consultations per month post-intervention, with a confidence interval of (18%, 32%) for these improvements. The randomized field trial demonstrated promising results in improving CHC systems' efficiency and service delivery outcomes. Continued support for infrastructure development and training programmes to sustain the observed yield improvements.
