Abstract

Dataset and source code for the RESON (Recompiler Estrutural Operacional) framework, a five-layer computational system for analyzing the Voynich Manuscript (Beinecke MS 408) as a formal instruction system. Includes Python source code, 14 exploratory scripts, 5 Jupyter notebooks, 77 unit tests, and full analysis results across 6 manuscript sections. Key findings: PLV < 0.03 (absence of prosodic rhythm), DET ~0.61, spectral entropy significantly low (p < 0.01) in all sections.
