Demonstrates that 17 GCT substrates self-organize into a periodic structure isomorphic to the standard periodic table of elements. The four anomalous metals (Au, Ag, Cu, Cr) correspond to the four Interpretive Elements anchoring the correction framework. Block structure (s, p, d, f) maps onto zones of dimensional coupling complexity. Kruskal-Wallis p=0.000348 confirms d* distributions differ significantly by orbital block pair.
