Abstract: In response to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) contaminated sites, this paper systematically analyzes the progress in domestic engineering applications of mainstream remediation technologies such as thermal desorption, cement kiln co-processing, and chemical oxidation. The application principles, advantages, disadvantages, and costs of these technologies are introduced, providing references for the selection of remediation technologies for PAH-contaminated sites. The study further points out that sustainable green remediation is a future research direction in this field.
