The Strong CP Problem Dissolved by Foam Torsion Dynamics

The QCD vacuum angle θ_phys = θ_QCD + arg(det M_q) is shown to be exactly zero within the UFFT framework. θ_QCD = 0 from the torsion potential ground state V(θ) = k(1 − cos θ). arg(det M_q) = 0 from the Hermiticity of the torsion Hamiltonian. No axion, no new symmetry, no fine-tuning. Predictions: no axion detection, neutron EDM exactly zero.
