Education is the key factor for desirable behaviour of human. In and according to the period, the mode of education is changing. In every mode community engagement is the prior phenomenon. Institutional engagement with community resources is a major factor for the effective health and related needs of students. Besides this nai talim education system of Gandhi ji makes students enter society as productive manpower, who can successfully earn their livelihood and add progress for the development of society. With nai talim and community engagement human can logically participate in the eradication of various prejudices prevailing in society with their learning experience.
