An anti-co-rotation washer is designed to prevent the phenomenon of co-rotation during nut tightening by utilizing frictional resistance. The washer has been manufactured through machining processes. However, considering the need for mass production and cost reduction, metal forming processes are demanded. In this study, the manufacturing method of anti-co-rotation washers using metal forming processes is investigated through FE-analysis.
