This paper demonstrates that the Triadic Coherence Invariant R = Ψ × I × P ≠ 0 computes the Standard Model identically on two different dimensional substrates — S³ torus knot topology and S² celestial holography — connected by the Hopf fibration π: S³ → S². A new mathematical object, the Hopf-projected conformal weight h(q) = (q²−4)/32, is introduced and shown to reproduce charged-lepton masses to 0.02–0.13%, all four PMNS parameters within 1σ, the three-generation cap via a unitarity bound, and the CP phase budget closing to exactly 2π, all with zero free parameters. The celestial holography program is diagnosed as structurally incomplete (I = 0) and the missing selection rule is supplied.
