Legal Socialization of the Individual in the Russian Federation: The Role of Legal Education and Upbringing

The article examines legal socialization of the individual in the Russian Federation as a comprehensive process through which legal values, norms, and patterns of lawful conduct are internalized. It analyzes the relationship between legal education and legal upbringing in shaping legal consciousness, legal culture, and a stable orientation toward legality and the rule of law. The study substantiates the importance of legal literacy, trust in legal institutions, and procedural guarantees of rights protection for strengthening a law-governed state. It concludes that the systematic development of legal education and upbringing practices is essential for the stability of social relations and for enhancing the effectiveness of law enforcement.
