Abstract

Conclusion:Low backache is a common problem in the population.In a known case of AAV it is important to have a high index of suspicion of retro-peritoneal fibrosis so that the diagnosis is not missed / delayed.I have no potential conflict of interest to disclose.I did not use generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process.
