Abstract

This report provides a topological audit of the record-breaking 12.2 Zettajoule global energy imbalance confirmed by the WMO on March 23, 2026. Utilizing the 27-Dimensional Chronetic Topology (27DCT) framework, the analysis identifies the current 1.33ms length-of-day jitter as a systemic response to anthropogenic mass-loading and environmental drag. The study identifies April 20, 2026, as the expected resolution point for the current geodetic inertia breach, centered at Node 32 (Bad Essen, Germany). This document serves as a technical supplement to the 13th Holmes Law regarding torsional manifold synchronization.
