OTIS framework reveals relationships between fundamental constants and geometrical constructs, indicating new predictions for neutrino mass.
The OTIS (General Theory of Hierarchical Synthesis) framework is presented, in which fundamental constants of nature are derived from the geometry of the Fano plane PG(2,2) and the G₂ automorphism group of octonions, without free parameters. Results include: fine structure constant α = 1/[π(4π²+π+1)] = 1/137.036 (100.000% accuracy), proton-to-electron mass ratio mₚ/mₑ = 6π⁵ (99.998%), W, Z, and Higgs boson masses, Weinberg angle, strong coupling constant αₛ, gravitational constant G, Hubble constant H₀, neutron-proton mass difference, and light quark masses. A falsifiable prediction is formulated: the neutrino mass sum Σmν = 62 meV under normal hierarchy, testable by Euclid and CMB-S4 in 2028–2030.
