On March 25, 2026, a team of experts led by WEI Guoqiang, ZHAN Zijun, HU Zhiping, DU Juan from the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering published an article in the 发光学报, introducing their research progress in the field of perovskite lasers. The team introduced ethyl acetate as a green antisolvent to fabricate high-quality quasi-2D perovskite films, achieving enhanced crystallinity and inhibited low n-phases. This innovation led to a prolonged photoluminescence lifetime and a significantly reduced ASE threshold, enabling the successful demonstration of a high-performance VCSEL.
