This paper describes a developed mathematical model – a coloured Petri net with multicolour marks. This Petri net is modified by having marks containing multiple colours simultaneously, where each colour represents a separate parameter or variable. The work proposes an algorithm for operating a coloured Petri net with multicolour marks, which is a modification of the algorithm for a standard coloured Petri net. In this Petri net, the incidence matrices and markings are block matrices, with each mark in the marking matrix represented as a column vector. The difference from standard coloured Petri nets is that the colours in a label that are not permissive for the triggered transition will be stored in this label, while permissive colours will change according to the operating rules of a standard coloured Petri net. Coloured Petri nets with multi-colour labels can be used to model dynamic systems that require the simultaneous transmission of two or more parameter values when the transition trigger conditions are met for example, when modelling warehouse operations and their internal processes, or for modelling rail or truck route control systems, etc.
