Abstract

Under the background of power market reform, it is an arduous task to establish a reasonable power market system. This article focuses on the electrical grid operation facing the bilateral spot market, and is committed to improving the electrical grid's capacity of peak regulation, frequency modulation, power flow and consumption under the scenario of high proportion of new energy and high marketization, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the electrical grid. This article studies the key technologies such as data analysis of electrical grid active operation, AGC (Automatic Generation Control) base point planning optimization, electrical grid operation boundary management, active steady-state adaptive cruise control and so on, and constructs an intelligent optimization strategy algorithm model. IPSO (improved particle swarm optimization) is selected as the model, and the traditional algorithm is improved from many aspects to adapt to the characteristics of electrical grid. Taking the actual electrical grid as the object, various scenarios are set up. The results show that under the normal load scenario, the active power loss of the optimized electrical grid is reduced from 35.6MW to 22.3MW, and the power generation cost is reduced from 1.258 million yuan to 1.025 million yuan. In the peak load scenario, the active power loss decreased from 68.9MW to 45.7MW, and the power generation cost decreased from 2.804 million yuan to 2.206 million yuan. The research shows that the model can reduce the active power loss and power generation cost, maintain voltage stability, and provide reliable optimization strategies for electrical grid operation in bilateral spot market.
