Studies on the Practical Yogo`s Roles to Guarantee Students' Growth and Development

子どもたちが保健室や養護教諭に求めてゐる居心地感を大事に受け止めながら,發達的視點で子どもをとらへ,働きかけていくことが人格形成をしていく「養護」の重要な機能である。 ネツトワークづくりでの調査で明らかになつたことは,養護教諭は,スクールカウンセラーや専門の醫療機關や保健所,教育サポートセンターなど醫療,福祉,教育の専門機關へ相談しながら對應している。即ち問題を一人で抱へ込まず,徹底した共同化を図り,子どもの發達課題を見立てていかなければならない。 養護教諭が學校組織(=チーム)のキーパーソンとしての「養護」の役割を果たしていくことは,保健室での取組みの成果や大切な視點を學校全體のものへと廣げながら,全職員と共同して子どもの發達保障に取組める学校づくりの中核を擔ふことにもつながつていく。學校と云ふシステム全體が子どもの健康な發達を支援する環境になる樣に作り變へていかなければならない。さうした學校づくりへの視點を自覺的にもつことが「養護」のもつ役割を果たす上で重要であると考へる。 子どもの健康,發達課題にかかわる實踐事例を通して見えてきたことは,養護教諭は,子どもの發達課題を見立て,その手立てを役割分擔しながらチームでかかはる中において子どもの發達の視點を組み込んでいく専門性をもつてゐると云ふことができる。|The practical Yogo`s roles to guarantee students' growth and development were investigated and discussed in the present paper. The Yogo teachers have to (1) meet the studentsユ expectations and their parents by making the system to take care of them all together, presenting the place where students can gather together at school and supporting them, (2) make the network to keep watching the development of the students by cooperating with parents, specialists, special facilities and local residents without holding a problem under his or her arm, (3) dispatch the excellent results of their efforts and views concerning with health problems to the whole school which guarantees the safety and reliability, (4) From interviews with health officers, there are many problematic cases occurring recently, such as cruel treatment by mothers, supposed to suffer from a mental disorder, and students suffering from development disorder or a mental disorder. Because schools are troubled with these cases, the corporation between the health center and school is important and necessary. For the reason that the greatest number of these cases can not be resolved immediately, Yogo teachers should make the network to fulfill their own roles. In all, every Yogo teacher must be very positive man or woman with massive confidence, determination and decision-making sense, and never look back but look ahead. Those are important elements that make him or her one of the worldユs top and popular teachers.
