Validated the assay according to USFDA guidelines for selectivity, linearity across seven standards, precision, accuracy, recovery, matrix effects, and benchtop, freeze-thaw, and long-term stability.
Calibration curves demonstrated linearity for candesartan (y=0.0105x+0.003, r2=0.9995) and rosuvastatin (y=0.0106x + 0.0376, r2=0.9996), with all calibrators deviating by less than 15% and exhibiting percentage CV below 15%.
Both intra-day and inter-day precision CV values were less than 15%, and weighted-in quality control mean values remained within 15% of theoretical values.
Analyte recovery exceeded 85% with negligible carryover and no discernible matrix effect, while samples remained stable within ±15% of freshly processed samples under evaluated storage conditions.
