AbstractThe Centre for Academic and Higher Education Leadership Management (CAHELM) plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of higher education through its focus on leadership development and institutional management. This study explores the impact of CAHELM initiatives on academic leadership, institutional governance, and educational outcomes.
