This work proposes an information-theoretic framework in which observation is defined as entropy change (ΔS). Digital media are modeled as structured information capable of inducing observer state transitions without requiring transmission of unknown physical entities. The model introduces a relation between structured information, observer response, and coherence, and connects these concepts to measurable quantities through response time. This framework provides a consistent interpretation of digitally mediated effects without invoking non-physical mechanisms.
