The concept of a conformal Ricci soliton generalizes that of a Ricci soliton. Notably the conformal Ricci soliton is closely related to the conformal Ricci flow. This paper aims to characterize Riemannian manifolds that admit a conformal gradient Ricci soliton. Furthermore, we present methods for constructing such manifolds in the context of product manifolds and warped product manifolds.
