The restaurant industry faces a most challenge in the modern era where travellers and business person want instant and seamless experiences. The current dine-in system lacks in a real-time table booking facility, leading more waiting times, and problem for customers who wish to plan their dining experiences in advance. This problem is most by travellers who cannot check restaurant availability on the go or reserve tables while travelling and which resulting in a frustrating experience upon arrival. Dinewise is a real-time restaurant booking platform helps us to modify the dining experience of the customer. The system lacks in location-based services to help customers discover nearby restaurants, check live table availability, and reserve tables instantly while traveling. Built on a technology stack comprising MongoDB for data management, Node.js and Express.js for server-side operations, React.js for a user interface, and RESTful APIs for seamless communication, Dinewise offers a complete solution for both customers and restaurant owners.
