This literature review examines the integration of hydrogen fuel cell systems in modern unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), with a focus on their advantages, limitations, and operational feasibility. It combines existing research on the performance characteristics of hydrogen propulsion, including energy density, endurance potential, and system-level constraints. The review further evaluates the aerodynamic implications of 3 hydrogen storage tank geometries - cylindrical, teardrop, and conformal configurations. Building on established aerodynamic principles, the study analyzes how these geometries influence drag, wake formation, and flow behaviour.
