This paper introduces the Singh Law, a novel theoretical framework in particle physics that identifies a fundamental repulsive force acting at the subatomic scale. Central to this theory is the Singh Constant (C_s), which mediates the interaction between particle mass and the spatial fabric. Through mathematical derivation, it is demonstrated that at the standard atomic radius of 10⁻¹⁰ m, the repulsive pressure reaches a precise equilibrium value of 1.50 N. This 1.50 N force acts as a universal "safety floor," counteracting gravitational collapse and ensuring the structural "immortality" of the atom. The study suggests that this local repulsive energy is the micro-scale manifestation of Dark Energy, providing a direct link between subatomic stability and the macroscopic expansion of the universe. The Singh Law offers a new perspective on the balance of fundamental forces, suggesting that the stability of matter is a dynamic result of a strictly defined energetic threshold.
