Paper 66 proved that known qualia are Alpha-manifestations: they are in ground-mode with phenomenal presence. A natural objection remains: you slid from ontology to phenomenology and you still haven't shown why awareness itself is special. The present paper closes that attack. We formalize awareness as a locus-role of lived presence and prove that Alpha-manifestation is present at an awareness-locus. We prove that Alpha-manifestation implies presence at an awareness-locus (Theorem 67. 1). We define locus-of-Alpha-presence independently and prove the existence of an awareness-locus that is a locus of Alpha-presence (Theorem 67. 2). We prove that awareness is not object-level content, that the source of consciousness is category-mislocated when sought as a same-level worldly object, and that awareness, insofar as realized as awareness-locus, is not ghostly transcendence but Alpha-presence in lived semantic articulation. The theorem concerns awareness as locus of Alpha-presence, not an identity claim between awareness and Alpha. Machine-checked in, reflexive-closure-lean. Theorems 67. 6 and 67. 7 are derived (not axiomatized) via 67. 6a–67. 6c; 67. 6b is discharged from Paper 33's observer corollary (no complete self-model). This overview presents the core NEMS theorem engine and selected applications; stronger domain-specific derivation and ontological synthesis claims belong to separate release surfaces with their own premise bundles and formal artifacts. Trust boundary. We do not assert awareness = Alpha; locus-role is the formal target. Imported Paper 33 facts enter through a named bridge module. See.
