The effect of point-like global monopole topological defects on the energy eigenvalues of the remodeled screened Kratzer potential has been evaluated in this study. The generalized fractional Nikiforov-Uvarov method is employed to obtain the eigensolutions by solving the non-relativistic fractional Schrödinger equation. The Greene-Aldrich approximation scheme has been used to check the centrifugal barrier term. In addition, the fractional energy solutions of Kratzer potential has been obtained as a special case from the remodeled screened Kratzer potential. Energy eigenvalues of both potential models for the selected diatomic molecules are seen to be significantly influenced by the effects of point-like global monopole, fractional parameter, screening parameter and quantum state values considered, in the curved space-time. Our numerical results are also supported with graphical illustrations, which are discussed extensively.
