Demonstrates universal tolerance parameters in multiple physical domains, indicating significant implications for system stability.
The Axial Gap Ratio Delta_axial = sqrt(5) / phi^16 = 1 / F(8)^2 = 1 / 441, approximately 0.002267, was derived analytically in De Almeida [MS1] as the minimum asymmetry required for a triadic dynamic system to persist as an evolutionary spiral rather than collapse into static closure or entropic dissolution. The present paper addresses the complementary empirical question: does the Axial Control Fraction ACF = 0.618 percent, the empirically measured mass fraction governing axial organization in persistent physical systems, appear as a measurable tolerance threshold across independent physical domains, and does it appear through independent methodological approaches that eliminate circularity concerns? We present evidence from four independent domains and three independent methodological approaches. In the astronomical domain, analysis of 1,000 celestial bodies using three independent methods produces convergent results. Method one uses the formula ACF = FMO times k_synchronization, where FMO is the Fraction of Organized Momentum and k equals 0.007 for Beta hierarchical systems and 0.018 for Alpha distributed systems, yielding ACF = 0.620 percent plus or minus 0.019 percent for 774 Beta systems and ACF = 0.612 percent plus or minus 0.016 percent for 226 Alpha systems. Method two applies direct orbital parameter calculation using period, semi-major axis, and radius for 50 independently selected systems, yielding ACF = 0.620 percent in 100 percent of cases without using the FMO formula. Method three examines the convergence of both Beta and Alpha configurations toward the same ACF value despite opposite organizational strategies, constituting a structural independence proof. In the biological domain, clinical literature documents that hormonal regulatory tolerance departures below 0.001 produce systemic growth arrest and departures above 0.003 produce uncontrolled expansion [5, 6], placing the functional persistence band at 0.001 to 0.003 and centering near Delta_axial. In the mechanical engineering domain, precision bearing and axle clearance specifications define a functional tolerance band consistent with the same order of magnitude [8]. In the mathematical domain, the convergence behavior of recursive sequences demonstrates that systems operating outside the equivalent asymmetry band either over-converge to fixed points or diverge without bound [4]. The convergence of three independent astronomical methods, combined with structural correspondence in biological and mechanical systems, constitutes the most robust available evidence that ACF = 0.618 percent is a universal physical constant of the Law of Existence framework. All four domains exhibit the same two pathological failure modes predicted by the triadic framework: T2-dominant collapse through uncontrolled expansion and T3-dominant collapse through excessive suppression.
