This paper fixes non-reachability as a structural condition within a non-modal structural system. Reachability is not constituted. Non-reachability is fixed. Non-reachability is not defined through distance, separation, extension, or progression. No distance, extension, or progression is introduced. This fixation does not apply to spatial systems, path-based models, or empirical structures. It does not describe empirical systems. Non-reachability is fixed as non-constitution of reachability.
