This paper fixes non-recovery as a structural condition within a non-modal system. Recovery is not defined and is not fixed. No mapping is introduced. Non-recovery is not treated as absence or failure. It does not indicate loss, breakdown, or insufficiency. No mapping applies. No recovery is presupposed. Non-recovery is not derived and does not depend on any prior state or restoration. This paper contributes a non-modal structural fixation in which recovery is not presupposed, thereby separating structural condition from restoration or reversibility.
