REVISED VERSION: Updated M_max from 2.33 to 4.26 M☉ (verified in P29 v1.4, P45 across six EOS). Three regimes: neutron stars (M < 4.26 M☉), ultracompact CCEGA objects (4.26–9.20 M☉), CCEGA black holes (M > 9.20 M☉). Intermediate regime absent in GR. GW190814 secondary fits naturally. Phase boundaries depend on ρ_c.
