Key Points

  • The aim is to generate and refine inverse properties for the Industry-Core and Industry 5.0 ontologies.
  • Creation of inverse object properties for the Industry-Core ontology.
  • Development of inverse properties for the Industry 5.0 ontology.
  • Implementation of domain and range restrictions for consistency.
  • Use of language models for generating ontology structures.
  • Refined inverse properties were successfully generated for both ontologies.
  • Domain and range restrictions improved consistency across the frameworks.
  • Four key files were produced, detailing the findings and methodologies used.

Abstract

This repository contains Appendix R of the master’s thesis titled “Use of LLMs for designing and implementing ontologies: a case study on the domain of Industry 5.0”. Appendix R presents the refined inverse object properties generated for the Industry-Core ontology and the Industry 5.0 ontology, together with domain and range restrictions introduced where appropriate to maintain consistency across both ontologies. The repository includes four files: one document containing the complete Appendix R, one file containing only the prompt used in the study, one file containing the model response for the Industry-Core ontology, and one file containing the model response for the Industry 5.0 ontology.
