Abstract

This early Article outlines the main themes of this new field of interdisciplinary legal study, and some of the main motivations for promoting the interaction of law and religion. The two authors have expanded these early ideas in their later anthology: Christianity and Law: An Introduction (Cambridge University Press, 2008).
