Abstract As of April 2026, the global AI landscape is encountering a "Trust Wall," where 74% of enterprises cite inaccuracy and opaque "Black Box" logic as barriers to autonomous deployment 1.1. This paper presents a "Great Reset" of the AI stack, moving from the probabilistic uncertainty of Shannon-based prediction to the deterministic certainty of Axiomatic Construction. By engraining a "Digital Constitution" into the manifold architecture, we provide a mathematically verified alternative to the "Skynet" trajectory of unconstrained scaling.
