In this study, a novel condition for visualizing a static output feedback controller that asymptotically stabilizes the equilibrium point for a continuous-time T-S fuzzy system is presented. Although this condition is nonlinear, similar to the one in Ref. 17, it is new and entirely different. An iterative algorithm is proposed in order to solve the nonlinear matrix inequalities. The proposed algorithm is then compared with the one presented in Ref. 17 using two simple examples.
