This paper introduces the R. O. S. T. (Recursive Overlapping State-Time) framework, a unified theoretical proposal integrating quantum foundations with cosmological dynamics. The framework establishes three primary conceptual pillars: Observer Time Origin (OTO): An epistemological replacement for the "Big Bang, " defining the origin of the universe as the furthest point in time accessible to a specific observer based on their instruments and bandwidth, rather than an absolute simultaneous event. The Tombino Geometry: A discrete spacetime lattice model based on the 120-cell polytope and Rhombic Dodecahedron geometry. This structure yields a geometric dark matter fraction of 25. 95%, closely aligning with the 26. 8% observed by the Planck mission. Scalar Field: Spacetime is modeled as a fluid scalar field, where dark energy, dark matter, and ordinary matter are identified as three distinct phases of the same underlying substance. The framework provides six falsifiable predictions—including GW propagation velocity, -compressibility signatures, and CMB cold spot locations—that distinguish it from the standard CDM model. Furthermore, R. O. S. T. incorporates the Causal Square, a four-history causal structure at every spacetime event, to provide a structural derivation of the Born rule and resolve the Boltzmann Brain paradox.
