Test 7 weak measurement sweep on IBM Fez (156-qubit Heron processor) confirms wave function collapse as the explaining-away penalty at maximum measurement strength. Measurement strength swept 0.0 to 1.0 in 11 steps: penalty increases monotonically (Spearman rho=0.973, p=5.1e-7), from approximately zero at no measurement to peak 0.125 bits at full collapse, with exact decomposition holding throughout. All 4/4 kill conditions PASS. Connects the AI safety engagement-transparency tradeoff to the quantum measurement-collapse tradeoff, providing the sixth substrate confirmation of the Fantasia Bound explaining-away penalty.
