First-line treatment of early-stage ovarian cancer is surgery and adjuvant platinum-based chemotherapy. Treatment of advanced-stage ovarian cancer includes cytoreductive surgery, platinum-based chemotherapy, and targeted maintenance therapies such as bevacizumab and/or PARP inhibitors.
