Systematic review and meta-analysis reveals equivalent outcomes between LAARP and PSARP in infants with anorectal malformations, suggesting single-stage repair is a viable alternative to staged...
LAARP seems to be a safe and effective procedure, showing short- and long-term outcomes similar to PSARP.
