The non‐Ohmic hopping behaviour on random lattices is studied by solving the percolation problem by computer simulation. The dimensional “invariants” B c (average number of open bonds per site) and v c (critical volume fraction) are shown to be not suitable for an investigation of this problem, because they are field dependent. Furthermore the field dependence of the “returns” in the percolation paths and the decrease of the conductivity at sufficiently low fields are studied.
