Do Nitrosigine and citrulline malate improve endothelial-dependent vasodilation in young adults?
Both Nitrosigine and citrulline malate acutely increase endothelial-dependent vasodilation, which may potentially improve exercise performance.
Both Nitrisigine and CM increased endothelial-dependent vasodilation as measured by a change in FMD. Increased vasodilation leads to an increase in skeletal muscle blood flow resulting in potential improvements in exercise performance.
